Join the company

We are always growing the Seattle Irish Dance Company roster, and would love to have you join us!

We perform regularly throughout the year at various venues from music festivals and pubs to wedding and theaters. Most of our shows are in Seattle and the surrounding area, but we also travel around the Pacific Northwest and beyond!

Company members are expected to attend weekly technique and choreography rehearsals. There are additional in-person rehearsals scheduled based on specific shows and upcoming events.

Dancers in Seattle Irish Dance Company have other, full-time jobs or are in school full time. Our company model is set up to support dancers who have other commitments, but want to dance and perform as part of a professional group. Company members should come in with intermediate experience in hard and soft shoe.

Company members must be 18 years or older, but many of our shows require you to be at least 21. Our members are based in the Pacific Northwest and must be able to get to the Seattle area weekly for practices.

We don’t ask for your previous competition results, school you danced at, or what level you achieved in your competitive career.
